Ah...Good ol' AF High

I will thank my wonderful sister for tagging me...not. I can definitely say that my time in High School were not my glory days.

1. Did you date someone from High school?
Yes unfortunately, and they will not be named. But i don't think I actually "dated" that many people. my definition of "dating" someone is being their boyfriend or girlfriend, so maybe there was 1 or 2.

2. What kind of car did you drive?
I drove the cutest, most amazing silver ford focus you have ever seen. That little beauty saw some good times.

3. What was the most embarrassing moment of high school?
Haha...that is a hard one. I can't really think of a specific time but I am sure there is one. I was always embarrassed when I would have to read my writings in front of my AP English class but other than that I can't think, maybe someone can help me out with that.

4. Were you a party animal?
No..no...and no. Like my sister I don't think I have been to a real "concert" in my life either, and I'm not sad about it. I had a lot of fun in high school but i wouldn't put it into the party animal category.

5. Were you considered a flirt?
No I don't think so or else I probably would have dated more people. I was pretty shy and everyone I wanted to date I didn't talk to. I was pretty friendly but not flirty, but people like Joey Cash, Darren Wood, Sandy Shafer and those kind I think thought I was flirting...so maybe?

6. Were you in Band orchestra, or Choir?
I was in Choir. But I even told Gio the other day if I was to go back I would have loved to be in band.

7. Were you a nerd?
Borderline. If nerds like to read, do volunteer work, and join clubs.

8. Were you on any varsity team?
Nope, I stopped playing volleyball right before.

9. Did you ever get suspended or expelled?
I didn't but for some reason I feel like there was a time when I came pretty close.

10. Can you still sing the fight song?
Dear old AF High, YES we will love you till we die...our banners bright with RED and WHITE, will be a beacon through the nightdramatic arts, and ball, and track...we'll always bring the honors back! We'll sing our praises to the sky...we'll ALWAYS FIGHT FOR AF HIGH!!!!! rah rah rah rah rah...rah rah rah rah rah.....GOOOOOOOO CAVEMEN!!!

11. Who were your favorite teachers?
Mrs. Allsop Day....amazing amazing amazing! Mrs. Selytina. Brother Pledger.

12. Were did you sit during lunch?
We usually left. But if we stayed, probably somewhere on the red tables in the commons area.

13. What was your schools full name?
American Fork High School

14. School Mascot?
Only the Best...CAVEMEN!

15. Did you go to homecoming and with whom?
Yes my Junior and Senior year but I don't remember with whom.

16. If you could go back and do it again would you?
Nope, I am in a much better time and place. Living it once is enough, thanks.

17. What so you remember most about graduation?
I remember my hand was burnt and wrapped and I was on pain medication from my car accident that was like the day before. I remember I thought I lost my silver cords, and I remember my big platform black sandals with my outfit from express. I also remember taking a million pictures afterwards and eating at Macaroni Grill.

18. Were did you go Senior Skip day?
Aspen Grove baby.

19. Were you in a club?
French Club, National Honors Society, Youth City Council and Court, Literacy Center.

20. Have you gained some weight since then?
I was actually a little heftier back then so I think I'm probably thinner now.

21. Who was your prom date?
Brett Beatty, Tyson Militoni, Brandon Stucki.

22. Are you planning on going to your ten year reunion?
Yes I am.

23. Looking back what advice would you give yourself?
Not to care so much what people think because its not worth the headache. I would have done what I wanted to do in regards to friends and activities... and not worried about stupid boys because you look back and realize it was a huge waste of time.

Yes...I finished. I am going to tag...Everyone who went to AF.

High school is definitely meant to be a one-and-done deal. It's fun looking back though!
